They refunded my tire mounting fees and repaired my bead leak immediately. Will not be doing business with them again though. What am experience this has been.

That’s a bummer. I’ve bought a shitload of tires from them and will continue to do so because the shops I’ve dealt with (all in Texas - Dallas and Austin areas) have been great. I’ve probably probably bought 25 sets of tires (including for LeMons cars) there in the last 15 years and they’ve yet to F anything up.

I haven’t had any problems with my local Discount Tire, but have always had bad experiences at Firestone here.

The first time we took a vehicle in, they air gunned the nuts on.

The next time, we asked the guy to use a torque wrench to put them on. He did use a torque wrench, but only on the side we could see from the waiting room.
